How do I upload Candidate Skills tests

The supervisor is responsible for conducting the Candidate Skills testing and adding the CST to your online account.   Our platform is designed so the supervisor simply approves when a CST is passed.  There is nothing that needs to be uploaded.   This should be done in the "Add Skills Testing" area from the supervisor's account.
